By January 15th of each year, Ontario Stallion Owners must submit, to Ontario Racing, a Stallion Registration Form for the upcoming breeding season in order for stallions to be recognized as Registered Ontario Sires.

Benefits
Benefits of owning a horse that is the progeny of a Registered Ontario Sire include eligibility for their entire racing career to such lucrative programs as:
- Ontario Sires Stakes
- Ontario Sire Heritage Series Stakes
- Overnight restricted racing programs
- Ontario Sired Purse Bonus (at Fort Erie)
The Sire List is maintained by the CTHS National Office and is only as accurate as the information obtained/provided by Canadian Stallion Owners and from CTHS Members. The CTHS National Office would be happy to make additions or corrections when received.
